SEE THE COMPANY OVER TIME

A clearer picture starts with the history.

Follow the development, discover what changed and open the evidence when you want to understand more.

01

History in one place

Financials from multiple filings are merged by fiscal year. Follow the development without building your own spreadsheet.

02

Make the change visible

See how the latest filing differs from the previous one, including revisions to older comparative figures.

03

Keep the source close

Documents, fiscal periods and source references stay with the data. Gaps remain visible so you can judge the evidence.

FROM FILING TO CONTEXT

You should be able to follow every step.

Different fiscal years, restated comparatives and missing figures deserve careful treatment. Bolagsdelta makes both the history and its limitations visible.

How the data works
  1. 01

    A digital annual report

The filing comes from public Bolagsverket data.

  2. 02

The right figure, the right period

Every value stays linked to its actual fiscal period.

  3. 03

    What has changed

Filings are compared and restated figures are marked.

  4. 04

    Back to the source

The reference remains, including when the original file was not retained.

Good to know

The evidence should make sense.

Where does the data come from?

Annual reports come from Bolagsverket. SCB register and peer data is used where available. Attribution is displayed with each company.

Can I search without an account?

Yes. Search and public company pages are open. Sign in for your workspace; some analysis and document features require a paid plan.

Why is a year or figure missing?

Not every annual report is filed digitally, and filings contain different information. A dash means a value is missing, not zero. Register coverage can also be limited.

What personal information is public?

Public company pages show roles and signatory counts. Personal names and extended register information belong in the authenticated workspace with the appropriate access.
